Comments: Intertops was the first book to give Dennis a clear answer on NBA playoff limits and even told him what the limit was expected to be during the next regular season. Dennis was pleased to find out that Intertops had all of the features he was looking for including overnight lines. Intertops did overlook the question about when the book normally puts up the next day's lines.

Comments: BetOnline customer service representative, Gabby, answered almost all of Dennis Quinn's questions in 20 minutes. Dennis appreciated the quick informative reply but will have to write in again to ask about betting limits. Dennis will likely give the sportsbook a try if the next reply is as fast.

Comments: Bodog swung at all of Dennis' pitches but took a strike looking on the question about parlaying NBA playoff sides with totals. Bodog customer service made contact on the overnight limits question, saying they would be less at night, but Dennis is still curious how much he can get down on NBA. Bodog gave him the fastest response so Dennis is confident customer service will fill in the gaps quickly. Dennis will email again before thinking about depositing.

Comments: Dennis was happy to receive a response in just over a half hour but was left in the dark on how much he could wager on NBA overnight betting odds and when the lines go up. Dennis will resend those questions and hope for another quick response.

Comments: 5Dimes failed to advise Mr. Quinn if he could parlay the total and the side together. 5Dimes' Mike seemed to be confused by Dennis' question about maximum night wagers, instead giving him the maximum wager amount for proposition wagers. Dennis will email 5Dimes again since Mike encouraged him to contact support if he had further questions. Dennis is happy with the amount of replies sportsbooks are sending inside of an hour.

Comments: After waiting over one day for a response Mr. Quinn had already chosen a sportsbook who traded emails with him four times. BetEagle did answer most of his questions but didn't touch on his betting limits inquiry.

Comments: Linesmaker emailed Dennis immediately to say a complete answer would be forthcoming. 22 hours later the sportsbook advised Dennis to check the website and essentially told him that they do not know what odds the linesmen will hang and when the will do it. Linesmaker's George did say he would pass the question to a line manager but no further emails were received. Mr. Quinn was discouraged by the long wait and the lack of information supplied.

Comments: Dennis' first message was returned stating the address no longer accepted e-mails. Dennis then tried their on-line form at Racebook's website. Nearly three days later, Dennis was still waiting for answers. An email arrived on May 7th saying the book would answer his query "within 24 to 48 hours." The following day, May 8th, Dennis received an email that appeared to be meant for someone else. None of his questions were addressed.
